Objectives of the Course

Develop knowledge and understanding of the principles of legal issues relating to contracts and other obligation relationships for the students of the department of business administration and economics.

Course Content

This course aims to teach general norms of law of obligations and contracts. The main issues of this course are the sources of obligations, discharge of obligations, results of unperformed obligations, termination of obligations and norms of contracts.

Learning Outcomes
1.To be able to gain knowledge in the field of law of obligations, to learn the methods of reaching and interpreting of its sources, to adopt the purpose of the law and to gain legal perspective
2.To able to solve the legal problems that emerge in the different functions of businesses by using scientific methods, interpret data and interpret the results
3.To be able to use theoretical and practical knowledge gained in the basic fields of law of obligations and associate them with knowledge of the other fields of the business administration
4.To have the competence of observing social, scientific and ethical values in the stages of collecting, interpreting and announcing data related to legal, social and political developments.
5.To use information and communication technologies together with computer programs at the level required by the field of law.
