To be familiar with the current literature and methods to investigate a range of topics in economics and econometrics. Students will learn how to read and interpret academic research.
A number of topics in finance that are of recent interest to the economics and econometrics disciplines will be explored in the form of workshops and seminars and through the reading of the relevant academic research papers published in peerreviewed journals and other sources.
