Objectives of the Course

The aim of the course is to clarify the basic concepts and the major decision issues nad in the operations mangement field and to examine the operations management processes and to introduce and practice the main methods and tools.

Course Content

Practical and theoretical methods and techniques conducted via case studies about current opeations management practices, applications, presentations and textbooks.
