Objectives of the Course

To recognize the evaluation process in special education, to carry out the evaluation steps required in the whole assessment process, to define the properties of the formal and informal assessment tools used in evaluation, to develop criteria dependent assessment tool

Definition of evaluation in special education, objectives, members of evaluation process, phases of evaluation process, methods (observation, skill analysis, curriculum based evaluation, functional evaluation, error analysis etc.)
