Objectives of the Course

To acquire information on legal documents such as laws, national or international contracts, regulations, framework programs regulating all legal rights of individuals with special needs and special needs individuals in the world and Turkey in the field of special education and education.

Course Content

The content of the course includes international and national legal regulations and the individuals with special needs, the special education precaution of laws, constitution, laws, regulations and general rules about special education, factors affecting the development and implementation of legislation, teachers, parents, Roles, social and educational rights, problems encountered in enforcing legislation, and monitoring legal regulations.
