Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to analyze some probability concepts to develop and understand which teachings are used on probability and then give some basic concepts related probability.

Course Content

Basic concepts, the nature of probability, basic principles of counting, concept of permutation and its application, concept of combination and its application, binomial theorem, concept of probability, basic concept about probability and axioms of probability, conditional probability and Bayes’ Theorem, geometric probability problems, Random variables, probability function, probability density function, expected value, variance of random variables, function producing momentum, some discrete distributions, Bernoulli distributions, binomial distributions, geometric distributions, hypergeometric distributions, Poisson distributions, some continuous distributions, uniform distribution, exponential distribution, normal distribution and its properties.
