In this course, students will have the basic knowledge about the nursing care of individuals with neurological disorders.
Neurology Nursing course, neuro-vascular, degenerative, infectious and other acute and chronic problems, prevention, treatment, rehabilitation, covers topics related to the care and education.

| 1. | To be able to memorise nervous system anatomy and physiology |
| 2. | To be able to explain diagnostic tests used in patients with neurological illnesses, preperation of the patient and responsibilities of the nurse in this regard. |
| 3. | To be able to list symptoms, etiology, pathophysiology , diagnostic criteria, cure and approaches to rehabilitation of frequently encountered neurological disorders |
| 4. | To be able to understand the importance of nursing care in accordance with the nursing process by diagnosing the neurological patient and using the data he/she obtained |
