The aim of this course is to make students aware of emotional feedback and effective communication skills and to use knowledge and skills in realizing the emotions experienced by nursing students in their relationships with people.
Communication skills, situations affecting interpersonal communication, types of communication, verbal-nonverbal communication, helping skills.
