Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to comprehend the principles of ergonomics in patient care and health care system and to gain the knowledge of conducting care in accordance with these principles.

Ergonomics and related concepts, Basic ergonomic principles in health institutions, Mechanical, physical, chemical, biological, psychological damages caused by the inadequacy of ergonomic conditions in working environments of nurses (stress, burnout), OSHA's ergonomic standards for nurses, The legal direction of ergonomics in the world and in our country
