This course aims at to teach nursing student to use effective professional communication skills. during clinical and field applications when dealing with both healthy and sick individuals. In addition to this, it is aimed to provide students with the necessary knowledge and skills that will allow students to recognise their communication problems and develop ways to solve them effectively.
This course includes: self-awareness, time management, crisis management, to be sociable, communication barriers, conflict resolution, communication in special cases, pain, anger, anxiety, information about the contact with the patient.

| 1. | The student will learn the importance of self-knowledge and awareness in approaching the patient and his/her family by realizing the importance of self-knowledge and awareness. |
