Objectives of the Course

By learning basic anatomical and physiological information about hand rehabilitation, it aims to learn current evaluation and physiotherapy approaches in different hand injuries.

Course Content

Hand Rehabilitation course teaches the clinical, anatomical and physiological knowledge necessary to teach the rehabilitation of the upper extremity in a scientific framework. It includes the evaluation and treatment methods necessary to achieve a functional upper extremity in daily life.

1.To apply knowledge of hand anatomy in the clinic.
2.To learn hand biomechanics and use it in the clinic.
3.To know the aims of physiotherapy applications in hand injuries.
4.To know the pathomechanics of hand injuries.
5.To evaluate and create a physiotherapy program in accordance with the pathomechanics and healing physiology of hand injuries.
