Objectives of the Course

To teach the short-term financial policies of the firms.

Course Content

Basic definitions, time value of money, financial analaysis, financial planning and capital budgeting, breakeven and leverage analysis, working capital management and analysis, cash management and analysis, the management of account receivable, inventory management, sources of short-term funds, cost of short-term funds.
