Objectives of the Course

It aims at learning - teaching processes that aim at the basic acquisitions of students' knowledge and technical skill levels in basic futsal education and professional practices in this field.

Futsal Game Rules, Futsal Game Techniques, Sportive Virtuousness / Fair play, exercises and applications related to the teaching of basic futsal technical skills; Basic exercises and field applications related to futsal offensive-defense strategy and tactical configurations

Warm-up and recovery methods, exercises and applications in futsal.
Week 4 - Theoretical & Practice
Basic Futsal Techniques without the ball? (running, changing direction, blocking, jumping, sliding, body techniques) basic lecture, practice and practice

Basic kicking techniques with feet; lectures, exercises and applications.
