To introduce the organizational structure, operation and management of education with a systematic approach within the framework of management organization in physical education and sports, to have information about the resources in sports management, to recognize the management organization in physical education and sports and other activities through observation, as well as the management organization process and methods used in physical education and sports. It is aimed to give students a general idea about the subject and to have an idea about how they evaluate their day.
Scope and importance of the course, general concepts and terms related to management and organization in physical education and sports, management organization terminology in physical education and sports within the European Union formation process, management organization movements in physical education and sports as well as the field dimension of education, Leadership training, education strategies with different dimensions. , leisure education strategies, teaching models and leisure education.
