Objectives of the Course

Basic movement change, learning and teaching concept movement logs and change.

Course Content

Ability to apply the concept and principles of movement. Ability to teach basic movement skills. To ensure that the child becomes aware of himself and his capacity to use his body in his physical environment and to provide adequate movement reactions.

Weekly Detailed Course Contents
Week 1 - Theoretical
Information about course content and evaluation. The effect of movement training on the student's course performance.
Week 2 - Theoretical & Practice
Ability to practice basic movement skills (walking, running, jumping, stepping, hopping, galloping, sliding step, jumping running).
Week 3 - Theoretical
Ability to practice basic movement skills (walking, running, jumping, skipping steps, hopping, galloping, running with slipping steps).
Week 4 - Theoretical
Movements requiring displacement, balancing (bending, stretching, twisting, pulling, rotating, shaking, turning, landing/stopping, pushing, balancing) and object control.
Week 5 - Theoretical
Movements requiring displacement, balancing and object control.
Week 6 - Theoretical
Ability to learn and teach object control (throwing/throwing, catching, rolling, kicking the ball, stopping) and combined movements. Enabling the individual to establish relationships with objects.
Week 7 - Theoretical
Ability to learn and teach object control (throwing/throwing, catching, rolling, kicking the ball, stopping) and combined movements. Enabling the individual to establish relationships with objects.
Week 8 - Theoretical
The concept of coordination, various game applications for the development of children's coordination skills. (Interim Evaluation)
Week 9 - Theoretical
Learning by applying movement concepts and principles, and being able to comprehend body and space awareness.
Week 10 - Theoretical
Body awareness, space awareness, effort and movement relationships.
Week 11 - Theoretical
Teaching movement concepts and principles by applying them.

Movement training exercises for indoor sports
