Objectives of the Course

To learn the concept of training, aims and periods, to comprehend biomotor skills and biomotor skills, to analyze the training with scientific tests and scientific tests

Course Content

Speed, Strength, Endurance, Flexibility, coordination, biomotor properties to learn and prepare the program. Learn how to prepare daily, weekly, monthly and yearly programs

2.To be able to understand the theory and the applications of strength trainings

4.To be able to understand the theory and the applications of endurance trainings
5.To be able to comprehend preheating, recovery and over-training
