Objectives of the Course

While making suggestions on the principles of developing and loading training programs of children and young people, first of all, the facts of the related branch will be taken into consideration in terms of physical, physiological, mental and psychological growth and maturation processes of children and young people in the light of science.

Course Content

Before determining the training principles of children and young people, it is aimed to review the physiological and physical structure of children and young people and the needs of the sport they are interested in.
