Understanding the theoretical knowledge, basic concepts, theories and theories regarding performance enhancement related to exercise and sports psychology; It aims to learn exercise and sports psychology topics to improve the level of health and well-being, to learn methods that will facilitate psychological growth and development, to examine research articles on sports and exercise psychology topics related to increasing performance and improving the level of health.
• Exercise and sports psychology deals with psychological skill development, arousal, imagination, self-confidence, goal orientation, concentration issues related to performance development, • Exercise and psychological well-being related to health development, athlete injuries and psychology, addiction and unhealthy behaviors, burnout and overexertion. It includes training topics, • Psychological development of children through sports related to psychological development, aggression in sports, character development and sportsmanship, • Examination of articles related to course topics.
