Objectives of the Course

The aim of lesson; The aim is to provide students with the ability to apply the basic techniques of the gymnastics branch.

Course content; It covers the definition of terms specific to the gymnastics branch, the historical development process, the introduction of gymnastics equipment, basic posture, walking and flexibility exercises.
