Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course; teaches the philosophy of coaching in volleyball, training methods, developing team defense and offensive systems and using them in the game in accordance with the purpose

Course Content

It includes the philosophy of coaching in volleyball, motivation and relations with players, warming-cooling from training-enhancing methods, strength training, core training, weight training methods, maximum strength enhancing methods, team attack and defense.
