High level education and training methods of wrestling basic techniques, wrestling training information, refereeing and coaching information and coaching practices.
Techniques applied on the ground and standing in wrestling, techniques from the arm block, opponent analysis, hand-to-hand combat, neutralizing the offense and counterattack.
