It is aimed to get to know the bodybuilding sport and learn basic muscle knowledge - fitness machines, free weights and new trends.
Physiological basis of bodybuilding and its relationship with other disciplines; fitness-bodybuilding centers; muscles and the use of related fitness-body building machines and new trains.
