Objectives of the Course

Learning the first aid practices required in all kinds of diseases, injuries, and accidents that threaten human health.

Course Content

Definition of health knowledge, its purpose, developments related to health, methods for preventing diseases and developing a healthy lifestyle, hygiene, harmful habits and their effects on children and young people, common sports injuries in children and young people and ways to prevent them. First aid, its definition, purpose, decision-making in emergencies, wound dressing and bandaging, transportation, respiration and cardiac arrest, injuries and bleeding, heat injuries, burns, poisoning, choking and drowning, fractures and other musculoskeletal injuries, first aid for animal and insect bites. Information about the importance of first aid in accidents and traffic accidents.
