To gain knowledge and skills to prepare exercise programs for maintaining a healthy lifestyle and to be informed about health problems caused by physical inactivity. Within the scope of this course, students will acquire a general knowledge about diseases common in our country and directly related to sedentary lifestyle, and they will gain knowledge and skills on the general principles of exercise programs prepared for preventing these diseases, the relationship between health-related fitness components and these patients, and how these components can be developed.
