The aim of this course is to equip pre-school teacher candidates with knowledge and skills related to play and child development and to provide these knowledge skills to be used in developing games and physical activity repertoire for children.
The role of physical activities in child development, categories of human movements and individual and group activities appropriate to these movements, training games (motor characteristics developer, durability, speed, coordination, force, games that require flexibility), equipment and materials related to physical activities and usage, games (rope, ball, circle, ribbon, etc.), class games (educational games, attention enhancer, sensory developer, small muscles developer games), rhythmic activities and music games (rondlar), preschool children in the movement training activities and the issues to be considered in their teaching.
