To understand the basic laws that constitute the structure of the Turkish education system; To examine the properties of the system. To recognize the types of organizations in the education system, the structure of organizations and their place in human life. To have knowledge about management processes.
Formation of education systems and structure of Turkish education system; Basic laws regulating the Turkish education system; Central, provincial and international organizations of the Ministry of National Education; Teaching levels in Turkish education system; Manpower, physical, technological and financial resources in Turkish education system; Reform and innovation initiatives in the Turkish education system; organizational-management theories and processes; school as a social system and organization; management of human resources; student affairs; education and training related activities; work related to school management; school, environment, community and family relations; Current discussions and orientations about Turkish education system and school.
