Objectives of the Course

Development of Artistic Gymnastics in the world and in Turkey, Artistic gymnastics knowledge of the apparatus, training considerations safety, help, and landing techniques , with basic skills teaching methods, Artistic gymnastics competition is to provide informed about the organization.

Course Content

General information on the artistic gymnastics, the historical development of artistic gymnastic, female and male presentation of apparatus, training and competition environment, security measures, qualities of a fully equipped gymnastics hall, women's and men's competition rules and the contest organization talent selection the development of gymnastic school, club and family relationships The arrival of children in terms of the value of gymnastic training the organizational structure of the federation measures to be taken in promoting the culture of the artistic gymnastics transition links with the basic skills movement,

Floor:backward rolls Beam:body segment positions
Week 4 - Theoretical
Vault:Landing technics : Forwards, backwards, sideways Highbar-U.bars: from support free hip circle

Floor: Handstand Beam:MOVING ON THE BEAM ( walk,Hop,Easy turns)
