Objectives of the Course

The aim of the course is to enable the students to have a healthy physiological and psychological structure, to enjoy life, to be able to struggle with vital problems and to teach the physical activity and sporty activities in a systematic way.

Course Content

The reasons of necessity of physical fitness and related concepts. Methods of improving heating, cooling, flexibility and flexibility. Force, tools, movements and methods. Work on endurance.
