To give basic info about commercial law that is expected to be useful in professional life.
Under the Turkish Commercial Code matters of commercial law, commercial business, commercial business, merchant, intellectual and industrial property rights, unfair competition, protection of competition, ordinary examination of topics such as companies and trading companies.
