Getting general knowledge about Quality and Total Quality Management, getting information about Total Quality Management Application Process and Quality Methods

The Concept of Quality, Total Quality Management (TQM), The Basic Properties and Aims of Total Quality Management (TQM), Application Process of Total Quality Management: Strategic Planning, Quality Assurance System and Standard Series of ISO 9000.
