Turkey is country with its very often changing (or/and changed) current issues. The very frequent events in press (or media in common) is directly related to the publication policies of the press foundations. Although the events occuring because of the social dynamism has been regarded as the main factor, the basic factor as a problem is the publication policies of the press foundations. Does the press, which is oppressed amongst these complicated structures and activities but named as the 4th power, have a directing effect on foreign policies as well as the one it has on internal affairs?
