The aim of this course is to discuss short films, which are a unique narrative form, in terms of their ontological features and to examine the possibilities of short film in terms of creating meaning in the axis of form-content integrity and in all its critical aspects.

Short film is defined in an ontological framework. Theoretical discussions on short film are included. The narrative possibilities, intellectual dimensions and critical perspectives of short film are examined with sample films.
