Objectives of the Course

Students will understand the importance of gaining the habit of regular exercise throughout life and physical fitness in terms of maintaining and developing a healthy and quality life; they will acquire the knowledge, skills and experience to make a lifelong exercise program a part of their lives based on a holistic wellness approach; They will gain the strategies and Practice knowledge and skills to gain the habit of exercising in different groups.

Literature information about quality of life, importance and necessity of exercise according to gender and age, various exercise prescriptions, exercise practices in indoor and outdoor areas,
