Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to provide students with; To introduce and explain general and special concepts related to training science, to teach training writing methods, the relationship between energy metabolism and loading methods in sports and biomotor abilities.

1.To be able to comprehend the principles of weekly, monthly, annual and olympic planning.
2.Being able to prepare and present homework that includes all the details of the annual planning for different age, performance and branch groups.
