The aim of the course is to provide the students with the necessary basic knowledge about the establishment of Turkish public administration and to discuss the current functioning of public administration in Turkey.

Establishment features of Turkish public administration, structure of public administration, political systems, government systems and public administration organization, presidency, ministerial system, civil administration and provincial government , local government, public institutions, supreme boards, hybrid organizations and flexibilization.
