Students will learn the systems that make up the structure of the human body and the functions of these systems and the special situations of these systems during movement. At the end of this course, the student will have the necessary knowledge and skills to understand and explain the general structure and working mechanism of the body.
The two most important fields of science that help to understand how the body works are Anatomy and Physiology. Anatomy is the science that studies the structure of the body and the relationship between structures, and Physiology studies the functions of body structures. In other words, Anatomy is the structure of body parts, for example; the structure of the heart while Physiology is how a body part works, for example; It's about how the heart works. Anatomy cannot be understood well without knowledge of Physiology and Physiology without knowledge of Anatomy. Therefore, in this course, while learning the structure of the body, its structure and function will be examined together.
