Basic concepts; philosophy, knowledge, theory, epistemology, scientific method. The features that distinguish science from other ways of collecting information are the features of the scientific method. Universe and sample. Scientific research, stages of scientific research. Scientific research types, research proposal and plan. Scientific research process; problems and sub-problems, purpose, research questions, hypotheses, assumptions, limitations, definitions, related studies, data, data collection techniques, research method, statistical techniques, findings, conclusions and suggestions.
