Objectives of the Course

To be able to literacy of environmental news. To learn the conditions under which environmental news is formed. To be able to comprehend the importance of intellectual accumulation necessary to make environmental news.

Course Content

One of the most important topics that occupy the agenda in the media is undoubtedly the environment and the awareness or lack of awareness about it. All these positive and negative inferences will be discussed according to the way and content of media product

1.To define environmental journalism.
2.To be able to evaluate the phases of environmental journalism in the historical process at an academic level
3.To evaluate the approaches of media professionals within the scope of environmental journalism

5.To have knowledge about national and international legislation and laws related to environmental journalism
