Programme Outcomes
1.Graduates will have the theoretical knowledge necessary to understand the basic theoretical approaches and concepts in the field of psychology and to be able to critically evaluate this knowledge.
2.Graduates will be able to apply research methods of psychology and will have the knowledge and skills to design a research, collect, analyze and interpret data using the necessary information technology and software in the fields of social, experimental and developmental psychology, using these methods effectively.
3.Graduates will be able to apply the concepts and theories of psychology to everyday practice and to develop individual and group interventions to address a range of psychological problems. They will also have professional skills such as providing psychological support.
4.Graduates will be open to continuous learning, be able to critically evaluate the knowledge and skills they have acquired and be able to manage their own learning.
5.Graduates will have effective communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and multidisciplinary teams at both national and international levels. They willalso have the skills to collaborate and develop their professional networks.
6.Graduates know and understand ethical standards and are able to apply ethical principles to professional practice and research in psychology. This includes an understanding of issues of privacy and confidentiality, respect for human rights, and the ability to address ethical issues as they arise.
