The aim of this course is to introduce different psychotherapy approaches in a historical context, compare these theoretical approaches and examine them with a critical perspective.
Within the scope of the course, explanations of psychopathology and personality, therapeutic change mechanisms, psychotherapy practices and techniques, strengths and weaknesses of each psychotherapy approach will be discussed.
