Objectives of the Course

It is aimed for students to learn the theoretical background, application areas, and basic techniques of cognitive-behavioral psychotherapies.

Course Content

Learning the theoretical foundations of cognitive-behavioral psychotherapies, making case formulations, explaining psychopathologies with a cognitive-behavioral approach, identifying automatic thoughts, intermediate beliefs, and core beliefs, and working on them.
