Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to enable students to integrate evidence-based exercise approaches with clinical scenarios focusing on musculoskeletal system problems and to provide an academic environment where they can deepen their knowledge in their areas of interest.

Course Content

Various exercise methods used in musculoskeletal disorders (therapeutic exercises, motor control training, strengthening protocols, etc.) are discussed through case examples. Students are expected to select a clinical scenario aligned with their interests, prepare an exercise prescription based on literature, and present it in class. Clinical decision-making, patient-centered planning, and communication skills form the core structure of this course.
