Objectives of the Course

Milk production and effects of nutrition on milk quality. Dry matter, energy and nutritional needs of dairy cattle. Having information about scientific nutrition points. Teaching scientific approach to nutritional problems occurred in dairy cattle.

Course Content

To educate nutritionist who has knowledge about the effect of nutrition on milk production and milk quality, dry matter, energy and nutrient requirements of high yielding dairy cattle, scientific nutrition of dairy cattle and, who has ability of finding scientific solution on nutritional problems.
