Objectives of the Course

The primary objective of this course is to provide students with a critical perspective on the history of epistemology and epistemological debates. The course aims to equip students with the ability to analyze key texts by philosophers such as Plato, Aristotle, Descartes, and Kant, who are key figures in the history of epistemology.

Definition and scope of knowledge, basic concepts of philosophy of knowledge, Kant's philosophy, epistemological debates in the Middle Ages, contemporary epistemological debates
