Objectives of the Course

The purpose of this course is the students; to learn about the principles of agricultural real estate valuation, to obtain general information according to the subjects of the case, to obtain various expert reports and petition examples and to obtain the skills to address agricultural real estate valuation with a holistic approach.

Course Content

This course enables the definition of legal and agricultural concepts that are important in agricultural real estate valuation and the preparation of expert reports by obtaining information according to various lawsuits. In the sub -sector where many different components and values such as agriculture, such as agriculture, have gained the skills of application and interpretation within the framework of objective and scientific foundations of valuation criteria.

Week 1 - Theoretical
The concept of agricultural real estate concept, scope, definition, the determination of factors affecting the value of agricultural real estate and the principles of application for valuation
Week 2 - Theoretical
The introduction of the legal framework for agricultural real estate valuation
Week 3 - Theoretical
Expropriation Law, immovable acquisition methods, the determination of expropriation price, valuation in agricultural structures, partially expropriation, purchasing, total and partial expropriation, easement establishment, emergency expropriation, expropriation through swap
Week 4 - Theoretical
Discovery and expert review, real estate ancient allegation research, expropriation cases, forest examination, determination of the quality of the soil, the rocky quality examination of the subjects such as the quality of the case
Week 5 - Theoretical
Returning to the Foundation of the immovables, the zoning of the land, the shrub quality, the cadastre-the location left external, the possession and the continuation of the owner, such as the continuation of various lawsuits such as goodwill-bad intention.
Week 6 - Theoretical
