1.Amount of beef production and consumption in the world and in Turkey, characteristics of cattle breeding in human nutrition
2.Having knowledge about meat cattle breeds and gaining the ability to recognize these breeds
3.Gaining management skills of reproduction and productivity in beef cattle
4.Meat cattle production systems, characteristics of common meat cattle types, and the possibilities of utilizing meat cattle in an outline.
5.Having competence in the growth and development, carcass and meat quality of beef cattle
