Objectives of the Course

This course aims to define the poultry behavior characteristics and their relations with efficiency and comfort, sensory properties form the basis of behavior such as taste, smell, sight, hearing and touch , social behavior, feeding and reproductive behavior and to identify the relationship between these behaviors and hormones and to demonstrate importance of relationships in the application.
