Highlighting the connection between mastitis and milking and giving knowledge of milking techniques, structure and maintainance of milking machine
Teaching about lactation in ruminants, mastitis and correct milking techniques and informing about operation, maintainence and cleaning practices of milking machine and preserving milk until it leaves the farm
