This course aims to provide knowledge and raise awareness about the characteristics of teachers that are effective in education.
This course aims to examine effective teacher characteristics and roles within theoretical frameworks, focusing on enhancing teachers' professional competencies and promoting higher-order thinking skills in learners. Topics such as teacher behaviors, educational principles, teaching strategies, digital competencies, and teacher education in Turkey will be covered, alongside contemporary approaches like technology-supported assessment and the formative learning model. The course is designed to contribute to the professional development of teachers.
