Objectives of the Course

To be understand of ceramic production in antiquity, forms, technical and chronology, ceramic groups, properties and fashion developments. The compare of the production properties of ceramics. Mainland Greece, Italy, Anatolia, East Mediterranean’s ceramic production. To know and compare of the interactions and artists.

Course Content

The ancient pottery of various cultures, forming the subject of Classical archaeology and their production technologies, classifications, features, dating problems, distributions are studied with archaeological data.
